MyBPLog uses separate blue buttons for blood pressure, heart rate, and notes. Tap a button, dictate into that field, tap again to stop, then log the entry with the current date and time.

Tap the blue Blood Pressure button and say “120 over 80.”
Use the Heart Rate button for an optional pulse number.
Use the Notes button for optional free-form comments.
Tap Log Entry, then review, export, print, or share the log.
High is systolic 130 or higher, or diastolic 80 or higher. Normal is systolic 90-129 and diastolic 60-79. Low is systolic below 90, or diastolic below 60.
No. MyBPLog is for personal tracking and record keeping. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor in a clinical/device sense, or provide medical advice.

Yes. The app uses Apple speech recognition while a blue field button is active. Blood pressure and heart rate look for realistic number patterns; notes can be anything you dictate.
