Questions
Useful details.
Is Stenope a real long exposure camera?
Stenope builds a long-exposure-style image by accumulating video frames over the shutter duration. It is designed for creative slow photography rather than manual hardware exposure control.
What helpers are available for long captures?
Stenope includes Bulb Lock, keep-awake, red safe-light, countdown beep, haptics, and tripod reminders. Tripod reminders appear for timed exposures longer than 5 seconds and for bulb-style captures.
Does the pinhole calculator affect the image?
Only when you apply it. Apply Look changes the simulated pinhole character by tuning blur, vignette, grain, contrast, and brightness. Apply Exposure sets a custom timed exposure from the calculated f-number.
Does Stenope work without an account?
Yes. No account is required.
Where are my photos processed?
All processing happens on your device. Photos are not uploaded by Stenope.
