ICM Photo Forge does not collect, store, sell, or share personal information. Selected photos are processed on your device and are not uploaded to a server.

This Privacy Policy explains how ICM Photo Forge handles information when you use the iOS and iPadOS app. The app is designed to work locally on your device.
The app is operated by G. Anderson. Questions can be sent through the support form.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
ICM Photo Forge does not collect:
- Name, email address, phone number, or contact details
- Location or GPS data
- Photos, image contents, or edited results
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Analytics, usage events, crash reports, or tracking data
- Payment information
3. Photos
The app uses the iOS photo picker so you can choose a photo to edit. The selected image is processed on device for preview and saving.
The app requests add-only Photos permission when you save a finished image to your photo library. The app does not need broad read access to your existing photo library.
Effects are created with deterministic on-device image processing. The app does not use AI and does not upload photos to a server for processing.
4. Support Requests
If you contact support through this website, your form submission is handled by Formspree and may include the name, email address, device information, and message you choose to provide. This information is used only to respond to your support request.
5. Children's Privacy
ICM Photo Forge is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect information from children or anyone else.
6. Changes
If the app's privacy practices change, this page will be updated before or when those changes become effective.
