Your photographs
stay on your computer.
This page describes BlendIt’s local processing and the separate support website.
Using the plugin
BlendIt processes selected images locally on your Mac or Windows computer. Its current code does not upload photographs or include analytics, advertising, telemetry, or a separate account or activation service.
Through Lightroom Classic, BlendIt reads the selected photographs, renders temporary TIFFs with current Develop adjustments, and writes a new composite to the destination you choose. It imports the result into the catalog and can add it to the originating regular collections and request folder stacking. Source photographs and their Develop settings are preserved.
Temporary processing files are normally cleaned up after the editor closes. The Windows launcher can retain temporary files after an editor failure for diagnosis. Saved output remains when a later import fails. New composites do not promise to preserve source camera, location, keyword, or copyright metadata; check the result before sharing it.
Contacting support
The optional support form sends the name, email address, system/version information, topic, and message you enter to the support recipient through Formspree. These details are used to respond and investigate your request. The form has no photograph upload field.
Do not include private image paths, payment details, or other sensitive information in your message. To ask about your support information or request its deletion, use the same form and choose Privacy question. No fixed retention period is stated here; the publisher must confirm its support-data retention practice.
Website services
The pages load typography from Google Fonts and shared navigation from gregandcaroline.net. The hosting provider and external services may receive connection information, such as your IP address and browser details. Formspree receives submitted support messages. See Formspree’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for their practices.
The supplied website code does not add analytics, advertising, tracking cookies, or photo uploads. The host’s own logging and any separately added services are outside this code. The interactive blend illustration is generated in the browser and never reads your photographs.
Downloads & external links
Mac and Windows downloads are separate packages. When a published Adobe Exchange link is added, visiting it uses Adobe’s website and policies. BlendIt is an independent plugin; Adobe Lightroom Classic’s own services and privacy settings are separate.
Questions about these practices can be sent through BlendIt support.
